We’re opening a small home business. Do you need to protect/register the name of your business for tax purposes, banking, and all of the other nuances that come because you run a personal business and you want to be above the board, totally legitimate? If so, who do you call? What do you do? Help us Obi-wan Kenobi, you’re our only hope.
